Sensible Minnesota
Sensible Policies. Safer Communities.
Sensible Minnesota is a 501(c)3 Minnesota non-profit corporation. By promoting the expansion of medical cannabis in Minnesota, we hope to increase access for patients. Cannabis is safer than most prescription and over-the-counter medications, especially opiates; we encourage expanded research and understanding of marijuana's medical benefits.
Our Mission

To educate the public on the uses, benefits, and relative safety of cannabis; to support persons harmed by prohibition; and to advocate for sensible policy changes.

Established in 2015

Co-Founders Brandan Borgos, Maren Schroeder, Andrew Johnmeyer, and Kurtis Hanna saw the need for an education and patient advocacy based pro-cannabis non-profit.

Our Vision

We envision safer communities for patients, caregivers, and the public as a result of safer cannabis policies.
