The Minnesota Department of Health received petitions to add the following conditions to Minnesota’s Medical Cannabis Program:

  • Acquired absence of limb
  • Arthritis
  • Autism
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Treatment Resistant Depression
  • Diabetes
  • Ehlers Danlos Syndrome
  • Insomnia
  • PTSD
  • Post Traumatice Stress Disorder
  • Schizophrenia

Petitions to add the following delivery methods are also pending with MDH:

  • Edibles
  • Topicals
  • Use of the plant
  • Vaporization of cannabis flower

These petitions have been forwarded to a review panel for recommendation. The review panel will meet at the following days/times, limited public comment will be accepted at the second and third meeting.
