August 24, 2019: The pain decision is significant because it could explode the state’s number of cannabis users. Minnesota’s health commissioner has until Dec. 1 to decide about adding moderate to severe chronic pain as well as macular degeneration to the list of 14 conditions that can be treated with cannabis oils or pills.
